The White Island
Ibiza is often called the “White Island” because of its white buildings and typical smooth domed architecture. The island became a major tourism destination during the 1960’s famous for its ‘hippie-culture’ and nudist beaches and today Ibiza is a world famous destination. Most people are aware that the islands nightlife is second to none, but Ibiza has so much more to offer.
Ibiza offers a mild climate, exotic beaches, peace, relaxation, health food, yoga, friendly people, traditional Mediterranean lifestyle and beautiful scenery.

The island is easily accessible with regular scheduled flights from all over Europe, and ferries from the mainland.
Ibiza has a cosmopolitan feel and attracts a diverse multi-cultural groups of people from all walks of life (together with many celebrities from the arts, music, film and sports industries). Everybody enjoys and celebrates the island’s understated atmosphere and the privacy it offers to them.

There are many options when it comes to choosing a home in Ibiza.
There are many “key ready” properties for sale all over the island. In the villages, cities, close to the beach or in the country side. The best value is often to buy a property that you see a potential in and then do a little renovation.
You can also build your own villa. In this case it is important to make sure that there is already a building license or be prepared to wait up to several years to start building.
