This modern villa is privately located in natural surroundings of the hills of San Josep.

The villa is built on three levels and enjoys a large living area, fully equipped kitchen and four double bedrooms.
The kitchen leads directly to the outside area set up for alfresco dining.
Three of the villa’s four bedrooms are on the top level.The master bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom and opens up to a private terrace with incredible views and the sea in the background.
On the same floor are another two air-conditioned bedrooms – a double and a twin room as well as a separate, modern bathroom.
The last bedroom is located downstairs in a separate guest apartment.This area has a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a lounge with a fireplace.

Outside there is a nice saltwater pool with surrounding terraces with views to Salinas and the island Formentera.
The pool area has direct access from the kitchen and dining area and benefits from sunshine all day long.
Next to the pool is another terrace on a slightly higher level.
