Lars and his team are great! We bought and sold real estate with ZAN as our agent. Lars has the ability of connecting a buyer's concept and wishlist with the best alternatives out there. For a seller Lars knows how to create optionality to drive value , while ensuring the transaction is a win-win for both parties. It has been a pleasure working with Lars and we highly recommend him to anyone seeking to buy or sell premium real estate in Ibiza.

Lars @ Zan Ibiza was fantastic at helping us find our villa, and a great help in sorting out bank, notary, lawyer etc and steering us through the whole acquisition process. Very professional and highly recommended.

We bought our Ibiza paradise in august 2019. Lars helped us through the whole process and was a good and impartial intermediary between seller and buyer. We really enjoyed working together!

Lars has found our dream home in Ibiza. He did everything to make the purchase run smoothly. He got into the car at the last minute to get a signature somewhere. He is very reliable and I can recommend him to everyone. Thanks Lars!

Excellent realtors, spotted my dreams immediately last year when I called and went out of their way to find a house that matched them. And they did. And just as importantly Lars and team was there throughout the whole Ibiza legal and property buying process, a formidable help.
